Refund policy
We are currently only able to accept returns or exchanges for defective items. In the event of a defective product, drop us an email at hello@motheatmoon.com with a photo of the product in question and your order number and we will get back to you within 5 working days. If you were sent a defective item by mistake, we will either send you a replacement item, issue a credit note for the value of the item or issue a refund to your bank account (this option is currently only available for Singapore residents.)
